My Role with Totnes Fringe

I was part of the founding team that launched Totnes Fringe Festival in June 2025, a brand-new arts festival for the town. Over three days, we staged 70+ events spanning theatre, comedy, dance, family shows and community projects.

Highlights:

• Financial forecasting and management

• Key Relationship Management

• Drove the fundraising strategy, securing donations, sponsorship grants and a successful Crowdfunder campaign.

• Built and managed the digital presence — website, social channels, some PR and advertising.

• Contributed operational backbone: governance, GDPR, passwords, box office and volunteer systems.

• Contributed to the Artist Experience package with breakfasts, hub spaces and perks to foster community.

• Logistics and operational matters as Festival Producer

I’m proud to have shaped the first edition of the festival, bringing my experience in curation, fundraising and organisational leadership to set it up for growth in the years ahead.
